Rasci Furnace outer fabrication of Mild steel with powder coated Rectangular in shape placed horizontally with opening in front.This is Surrounded by ceramic fiber blankets on all the four sides and the rear To reduce heat losses minimum.The chamber is provided with single Door with 150 mm thick ceramic fiber insulation mounted on heavy duty Air circulation fan for uniformity .The furnace heated by kanthal A1 eating coils. Insulation with high quality superior quality ceramic fiber Blanket. The temperature inside is maintained any desired level with in the operating range by a digital automatic temperature controller.

Rasci also offered Mp based high accuracy customized control panel,With Strip chart Recorder ,Temperature data logger for PC interfacing , Memory storage 1000 data per channel Direct printer port and Suitable software package.The Furnace is compact size, priced very competitive.
